I'm Stefan Morris — AI educator, training developer, and founder of The Plug AI, a movement built to make artificial intelligence hands-on, practical, and available to everyone, not just those already in the room. By day I design and deliver impactful training programs at BigHeart Health; by mission I run The Plug AI workshops that bridge communities and emerging tech. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science (exp. 2028), I hold certifications in Python I, II & III from the D'Aniello Institute at Syracuse University and a UX/UI certification from Merit America.

Before moving into tech, I led Patient Access operations as Team Lead, Admissions Resource Bed Coordinator at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago — where speed and precision directly impacted patient outcomes. That work gave me one conviction: access changes everything.
